Camps/Retreats

There are a few different housing options here at 5Rock. You can stay in one of our newly remodeled bunkhouse rooms, group together in a cabin, or rough it in a campground. Our staff will help you find just the right option for your group.

• Bunkhouse:
  144 guests can be accommodated in the bunkhouse. There are 24 ground level rooms each including one queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds. Each room also includes private bath and shower.
• Cabins:
  We have a few cabins on the property that sleep from two to twelve people. Each cabin has a large deck with a beautiful view of the Yamhill River. (there are no cabins available at this time)
• Campgrounds:
  5Rock Ranch has many beautiful camping areas to accomodate your group. Some areas are in the middle of trees alongside the Yamhill River and others are large open fields for large groups. They are primitive (no hook-ups), but we can accommodate both RV’s and tents.

Ranch House

• Dining Room:
  Enjoy your meals together with your group in our family dining room. Windows are all around you so you can take in the beautiful scenery while dining. We also have picnic tables on the amphitheater just outside the dining room if you want a casual bbq on the lawn.
• Living Room:
  This is a comfortable family style living room with La-z-boy couches and recliners. Included are tables, games and a piano to make your stay feel like home.
• 5Rock Cafe:
  This is a great area to meet for worship or fellowship during your retreat/camp. There is a stage for a band or DJ, tables and chairs and even a beautiful log bar which can be used for ice cream socials or espresso bar. The attached deck is right above the river and very relaxing.
• Meeting Rooms:
  These rooms are located downstairs in the Ranch House and are great for breakout sessions, leadership meetings and small groups. We can set them up according to your needs. We also have a 42” screen TV and DVD/VCR available for your use upon request.
• Outdoor Decks:
  The Ranch House offers two beautiful covered decks. These can be used for crafts, eating, or socializing while enjoying the views and sounds of the Yamhill river.

Food Services

• Buffet style meals are served at our camps/retreats in our centrally located dining room in the Ranch House. Our meals provide your group with a healthy variety that is sure to please everyone.
• We can prepare special menus for you from Cowboy BBQ ribs to authentic Italian lasagna. Just let us know what your have in mind and what your budget is and we'll come up with some options for you.
• We can also prepare mouth watering dinners such as prime rib, bbq steak, pork roast or salmon. We'll do what it takes to make your event exactly how you want it.

Activities

• The walking/hiking trails are endless. There are options from easy to very difficult. Bring your hiking shoes and soak in the scenery while getting your exercise .
• The river is a great way to get relief from the heat. The Yamhill River is a very safe river in the summer months. It is low enough for the kids to enjoy without being swept away. It's great for educational river walks or just plain fun for a water fight.
• Horseback riding is always a hit. There is an additional fee for riding and advance reservations are necessary. Please contact our event coordinator for more information.
• If field sports are your interest, we have the place for you. Our front yard (old airstrip) is 4 acres of fun waiting to happen. This is a great spot for nighttime flashlight tag, volleyball or soccer. We have many other open fields that are great for other field sports.li>
• Does your group need a great team building time? We have partnered up with Camp Yamhill so we can offer you a zip line, high ropes course, and much more. Camp Yamhill is just a mile away and now you can make it a part of your 5Rock Ranch experience. Costs vary depending on number of people and activies. Just call 5Rock for a quote. We'll set it all up for you.

Pricing

• Group pricing is for a minimum of 4 people per bunkhouse room and is per person. Add $25 per person per night for 1 person occupancy. Add $20 per person per night for 2 person occupancy. Add $15 per person per night for 3 person occupancy.
• Pricing includes coffee & tea service throughout the day and the use of one or more available rooms in the ranch house during entire event. (according to the size of the group)
• Additional meals for your day guests are $8 per person (more if you have upgraded your meal). Meals are camp style unless upgraded. Drinks include lemonade, iced tea, fruit punch. Soda & espresso drinks are extra.
• Day guest charge is $10 per person per day.
• There is a $10 per person per night discount for those who use tents or RV's.
• Children 2-8 years old save $10 per night and $2 per meal. Children under 2 are free.

Other Notes

• Groups with 120 or more people may have exclusive use of the ranch.
• Camps must provide their own camp nurse if you feel it is necessary. We do not have medical personnel on staff at 5Rock Ranch.
• Groups must provide us with a certificate of liability insurance policy of $1,000,000 and adding 5Rock Ranch as an additional insured. You can contact our event coordinator for more information. In most cases, you can add us to your policy for the dates you will be at the ranch for between $25 & $50. If you don't already have group insurance, you can obtain a policy for about $320 through www.galescreek.com.
• A 25% deposit is required to reserve space. Additional 25% due 2 months prior to arrival date. Cancellations must be made at least 4 months in advance to receive a full refund.
